What a great day it was at Living Hope Baptist Church youth center Saturday. The Sally Scrappers pulled off a great day of scrapbooking. We started off with donuts and coffee in the morning that were yummy. Bonnie, from Scrapbook Village, did a Where Do I Begin class for 6 new scrappers. Then they were off and scrappin the rest of the day. A wonderful lunch was served, lots of door prizes, and great music. Thank you for supporting this great cause.Over $800.00 was raised for the Salvation Army in Bowling Green,KY. The date is set for next year and I am hoping to see more of you.

Regina and Bonnie volunteer at the Nursing home
Regina is glad people support her with autism and decided to give back to the community as her gift from God. We have gone for two years, every month to a nursing home, and scrapbook the activities the residents participate in. They love to look at themselves and giggle. When they pass on, the family is presented the album and most of the time it is displayed in the funeral home so family and friends can enjoy seeing them their activities in the home..happy, functional, and busy from the everyday routine. Today was a thank the volunteers luncheon. One lady approached us following the lunch in tears and said her mother died last month and the they cherish the album from her last 2 years more than anything. She was so grateful to have it. That's the power and blessing of scrapbooking.
