Melissa Reiff

Melissa Reiff is a member of the board of directors of Cricut Inc. and was previously a member of the board of managers of Cricut Holdings from 2021 until our IPO in 2021.
Since 2016, she has served as chairwoman on the board of directors of The Container Store Group, Inc. (TCS), the nation’s originator and leader in the storage and organization category of retail. From 2016 until her retirement in 2021, she served as CEO of TCS, as president and COO from 2013 to 2016, and as president from 2006 to 2013. Melissa joined TCS in 1995 as VP of sales and marketing and in 2003, assumed the role of EVP of stores and marketing. Since 2007, she served on the board of directors of TCS and in 2015 for Etsy, Inc., where she is also chair of the compensation committee. She is a member of the Dallas chapter of the American Marketing Association, International Women’s Foundation, and C200. She also serves on the executive board of Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Dallas.
Melissa holds a BS degree in Political Science from Southern Methodist University.
